什么是债券？
债券是政府或企业为筹集资金而向投资者发行的一种债务工具。购买债券相当于投资者向政府或企业提供贷款，以此获得定期利息（通常每年两次）及到期时的本金偿还。
债券价格与利率密切相关：当利率上升时，现有债券的价格通常会下跌，因为新发行的债券能提供更高的回报；反之，当利率下降时，现有债券价值提升，因为新债券的利息更低。
