To fund your account, log in to your Client Portal and select your preferred funding method. Payment options may vary by country, your Client Portal will show you the payment methods available to you.

Important information about funding your account

  • First-time deposits and withdrawals may take 1-3 business days.
  • Third-party payments (deposits and/or withdrawals) and over-the-counter cash payments to GO Markets are strictly prohibited.

Important information about withdrawing from your account

  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted before 1:00 PM AEST are processed the same day; requests received after this time may be processed on the next business day.
  • For security reasons, funds can only be returned to an account bearing the same name as your GO Markets account.
  • Withdrawals are typically returned to the original funding source. For instance, if a deposit was made via debit/credit card, the withdrawal will be processed back to the same card.
  • The maximum amount that can be withdrawn to a debit/credit card is equal to the total deposits made from that card. Any excess withdrawal amounts will be transferred to a nominated bank account in the same name as your trading account.
  • Clients may be asked to provide information or documents verifying the source of their funds or wealth when requesting a withdrawal or at any stage of their account. GO Markets may suspend or decline a withdrawal if this information isn’t provided or if there are concerns related to regulatory obligations. Fees & charges

Although GO Markets does not impose internal fees for deposits, we are not responsible for any external charges you may incur. Common examples of external fees include:

• Intermediary fees from international banking institutions
• Transaction or conversion fees from Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
• Cash Advance fees charged by some credit cards or banks.

Please consider these potential charges when choosing your method of funding and withdrawal.
